Grithel Hughes

Grithel has been part of the Juluca family since 1989. She served as Assistant Executive Housekeeper from 1997 and in 2000, during the closure of the hotel as a result of Hurricane Lenny, she was one of more than 60 Cap Juluca staff members who took advantage of a seven month development internship at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Florida. On her return she was promoted to the position of Executive Housekeeper. With a staff of more than 100, Grithel manages the largest department at Cap Juluca and possibly on Anguilla. She was voted Cap Juluca and the Anguilla National Supervisor of the Year in 2005.
