Chef Clero began his culinary career in his home country of France, where he earned, with honors, his chef diploma from the Hotelier School in 1997. After graduation, he trained at London's finest hotels: The Connaught, Claridge's and the Savoy. From there, he was a star at one of Paris' few two-Michelin star restaurants. Now, as Executive Chef at Cap Juluca, Johnny takes French cuisine to new heights with subtle touches of Caribbean flavors.
