Welcome the day with a full breakfast menu that ranges from Brioche French Toast to Lobster Omelets and Oatmeal Brûlée. As the sun climbs a bit higher, join us for lunch where you can enjoy Anguillian Bouillabaisse made from local herbs, Jerk Spice Corn-fed Chicken Breast or a Blue Lobster BLT.

Monday & Friday Beach Buffet Dinners

On Mondays and Fridays, once the sun beds down for the night, we invite you to join our culinary team as they prepare a variety of fresh dishes based on our theme nights. Manned carving and grill stations will allow you to enjoy your dishes precisely the way you like them. And live entertainment will help you connect to the rhythm of the islands. On Mondays, we offer our “Harvest of the Sea” menu, which includes offerings such as fresh swordfish, salmon and mahi mahi, grilled right out on the beach. On Fridays, you can enjoy a “Taste of the World” with items inspired from Mediterranean, Caribbean, American and Asian cuisine. We invite you to dig your toes in the sand while dining under the stars.
