Adam Aron is widely known in U.S. travel and tourism circles. He formerly served as Chairman and CEO of Vail Resorts, including its RockResorts luxury hotel company; President and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line Ltd.; Senior Vice President of Marketing of United Airlines and Senior Vice President of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Norwegian Cruise Line and Prestige Cruise Holdings, owner and operator of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises. In 2007, he was named by Travel Weekly Magazine to its “Club 33” – the 33 most influential individuals in travel and tourism worldwide.

Manfredi Lefebvre d'Ovidio was born in Rome in 1953. His activity has been within the Lefebvre d'Ovidio family Trust investment portfolio. He began working in the family's businesses after completing his university studies, assuming non executive roles. Since 2001 Manfredi has held the position of Director and Chairman of Silversea Cruises Group of companies. The Company has 5 existing vessels, a sixth in construction for delivery. Manfredi manages Elle Group and Elle Services, both Monaco based companies which manage the assets and companies belonging to the Lefebvre d'Ovidio investment portfolio, which encompasses various fields, including: travel; cruising; transport; real estate; financial investments and; venture capital projects.

Born in Switzerland, Hans Maissen brings over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry and speaks five languages. As managing director of the famed Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, France, Hans received the Medal of Tourisme from the French Government and was honored General Manager of the Year by the Master Guide. During Hans’ tenure as managing director of the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans the hotel was named #1 Hotel in the World, by Condé Nast Traveler in 1998 and #1 Hotel in America four times. The hotel's Grill Room restaurant was awarded the prestigious Mobil five-star rating, one of only 14 restaurants in America to receive this prestigious honor.
