Everything Tastes Better at 81 Degrees in the Cap Juluca Sun!
Cold where you are? The weekend forecast for Cap Juluca is 81 degrees and sunny. Looks like it's going to be just another couple of days in paradise.

When you take a holiday at Cap Juluca, it feels as though the sand is whiter, the sun is brighter, the water is clearer, the staff is friendlier and the food is better. It all comes down to one simple reason, they are. In the case of dining at Cap Juluca, it's a particular source of pride for our team and a source of delight for our guests.

Never one to rest on our laurels, we've enticed an international dream team of culinary artists to our shores to carry on the Cap Juluca tradition. New additions to our team include:

Johnny Clero
Johnny Clero, Executive Chef - Chef Clero began his culinary career in his home country of France, where he earned, with honors, his chef diploma from the Hotelier School in 1997. After graduation, he trained at London's finest hotels: The Connaught, Claridge's and the Savoy. From there, he was a star at one of Paris' few two-Michelin star restaurants. Now, as Executive Chef at Cap Juluca, Johnny takes French cuisine to new heights with subtle touches of Caribbean flavors.
Eric Marty
Eric Marty, Pastry Chef - At age 16 Chef Marty began his career as an apprentice at a small bakery in Poitiers, France. Over his impressive career since, he has delighted in creating everything from simple pies to elaborate wedding cakes and amazing show pieces. Some of Eric's specialties were featured a few years ago on NBC's "Today Show," and each and every night his scrumptious temptations are on display as the perfect way to end your evening repast at Cap Juluca.

Eugene de Rooze
