Start with Anguillian Lobster Bisque, then move to a Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with Olive Oil Purée or Green Peppercorn-marinated Swordfish. All paired with the ideal wine, thanks to Pimms’ insightful wine team. And for a special night, our private Wine Room can host intimate parties offering a special five-course menu for a truly wonderful experience.
